External community axis

We contribute to the growth and development of the communities near our centers of operation and we establish relationships based on respect and working together to achieve common goals.

For which we have training projects, economic development, educational and union projects focused on contributing to the economic and social development of the beneficiaries.

Since 2015, San Diego founded the Occupational Training Center to serve groups of women and young people from the communities near our operation centers, developing technical courses that allow them to learn a trade and generate extra income for their family.

Due to the geographical scope of the Company’s operation, this center is mobile and has operated in different locations: La Democracia, Masagua, Guanagazapa, Chiquimulilla and Puerto de San José.
