Retiree Program

At San Diego Trinidad, we have a very special thank you for our retired employees. As part of the program, we promote their entrepreneurship and for six years we have supported them in raising tilapia, a project that was recognized by CENTRARSE in May 2015 as a CSR success story in Guatemala.

Retirees from Finca San Diego benefit from free housing, sugar, electricity, medical services and medicines.
